You'll never have to worry about overloading the motor, as built-in motor protection comes standard in the form of a circuit breaker with quick reset capabilities ensuring long life. With a maximum cutting diameter of 1-1/2", most yard clean-up chores are done quickly. An included push stick makes feeding material into hopper opening easy and safe. A removable hopper access panel allows for quick and safe removal of potential material jams. An auto shut-off switch is activated once the hopper panel is removed from body making it safe to clear jams or change the high-speed reversible blade. Reduce 10 bags of yard debris to a single bag. Also included is a heavy-duty collection bag for gathering chipped material for easy composting or bagging. Unit can be used with or without collection bag depending on chore at hand. Large 8" wheels provide mobility, making it fast and easy to move from one location to another. A cord retainer is located on power plug making it easy to keep extension cord and power plug from becoming disconnected. I used the goods for only a brief duration before it just stop running, no material was being fed to machine. Contacted LawnMaster and they were very prompt at having it picked up for a warranty inspection, that was about 3 weeks ago. I sent out email to accumulate the status and did not get a reply. Due to the need to get the rest of my asset cleaned up I purchased a chipper from Harbor Freight and it performs like a work horse. After calling them, and it took a while, to get the status a new unit is now being shipped from LawnMaster to me. I will use more caution with any other online goods purchase, a chapter learned.
